Terms of Service

Be at least 18 years of age

Have a valid email address and bank account information

Accurately complete all required fields in the application form

Have an active website, blog, or social media presence

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Use only approved marketing materials provided by Qaprix

Not engage in spamming or any unethical marketing practices

Not misrepresent the Qaprix products or services

Not bid on Qaprix trademarks or brand terms in search engines

Disclose your affiliate relationship with Qaprix in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Commissions are calculated on the net purchase amount (excluding taxes and fees)

Commissions are earned only when a referred customer makes a purchase

Commissions are tracked through your unique affiliate link

Self-referrals are not eligible for commission

A minimum balance of $50 is required for payment

Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information

Payments may be delayed if affiliate information is incomplete or inaccurate

All commissions are paid in USD unless otherwise specified

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause

Qaprix reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms

Upon termination, all rights and obligations of the parties shall cease

Qaprix may withhold final payment for up to 60 days to ensure compliance with these terms

Using any form of spamming to promote Qaprix products

Making false or misleading claims about Qaprix products

Using deceptive marketing practices

Creating fake accounts or generating fraudulent traffic

Infringing on Qaprix's intellectual property rights

Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

Continued participation in the program after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms

Affiliates will be notified of material changes to these terms via email

It is the affiliate's responsibility to review these terms periodically

Qaprix provides the affiliate program "as is" without warranties of any kind

Qaprix does not guarantee any level of earnings or results from participation in the program

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of Qaprix
